“Unseen Summer Gudauri” was an initiative by Landmarker Group aimed at rediscovering the summer season in Gudauri and showcasing the mountain resort’s potential beyond the winter months.
Led by Gudauri’s historic Hotel Marco Polo and the newly renovated Hotel Alpina, the campaign was tailored for those who don’t associate the mountains solely with snow, but instead seek new experiences of freedom, adventure, and inspiration.
Throughout the campaign, guests were introduced to the diverse offerings of summer in Gudauri — from mountain hikes, yoga and padel sessions, and cycling tours, to basketball and table tennis matches, painting masterclasses, and live music evenings in Marco Polo’s garden.
The initiative also involved both local and international influencers, helping to share this new summer identity of Gudauri with thousands of people.
“Unseen Summer Gudauri” marked the first step in diversifying Gudauri’s tourism season — a path that allows the mountain resort to reduce its reliance on winter and evolve into a year-round destination for travelers.
